Alterations to an existing 12-bed dementia care facility including demolition, paving, fencing, landscaping, the creation of three new bathrooms and a laundry, and other necessary modifications. Additionally, a connection will be built to link the facility with the neighbouring Corpus Christi building.

St Catherines Ages Care

Refurbishment of the operational St Catherines Aged Care Facility including the additional of a new lift, upgrades to communal areas, and a complete renovation of the southern wing to create 18 new Memory Support bedrooms. The project also involves general refurbishment of the existing 3-storey component, including corridor upgrades, a new dining area, and the addition of amenities such as a salon and staff office.
