This project involved the successful delivery of a new two-storey learning centre at Holy Eucharist Primary School, purpose-built to enhance learning opportunities and support the school’s future growth. The centre features eight contemporary classrooms, dedicated maker spaces, a teacher planning room, a learning deck, and upgraded toilet and storage facilities. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing campus, the project maintained architectural continuity while ensuring minimal disruption to daily school life.
To connect old and new, minor demolition and refurbishment works were completed on adjoining buildings, including internal reconfigurations, finish upgrades, and improvements to building services. Beyond the building itself, the works extended to external upgrades such as landscaping, new footpaths, drainage improvements, and site infrastructure modifications, further improving the school’s functionality and presentation.
Delivered in a live school environment, the project demanded precise planning, strict safety management, and well-coordinated staging to ensure the school community could continue operating smoothly throughout construction.
