This project involved the refurbishment of the existing Donnelly and Arts Tech building, encompassing learning areas, specialist spaces, offices, and toilet facilities, along with new external works. It also included the construction of a new single-storey addition connecting the existing buildings, featuring a new entry, office, and learning area.

The refurbishment focused on upgrading classroom interiors with modern finishes, fixtures, and fittings to create bright, functional, and flexible learning environments. Each space was carefully designed to support a variety of teaching methods and student activities, enhancing both comfort and usability.

A standout feature of the project was the Cone of Silence room; a specialised space designed for focused learning and quiet study. This room incorporates an Echopanel Acoustic pinboard in a cone-shaped ceiling design, optimising sound absorption and minimising distractions. Other key upgrades included the installation of acoustic ceiling fins to improve overall acoustics and new upholstered bench seating, providing comfortable and practical areas for students to study, collaborate, or relax.
