Mooroolbark Secondary College

The Capital Works Project at Mooroolbark Secondary College (Link and Landscape) was designed to enhance key facilities while ensuring the school remained fully operational throughout construction. 

The scope of work for this project includes:

• Refurbishment of Existing Block B Staff Room and General Office
• Refurbishment of Existing Block H Library Office 
• External Works between Block B and Block H including to adjacent facades.
• Landscaping Works to the North Courtyard and South Courtyard 
• Electrical works to Block A

Key works featured the installation of new external timber decking with integrated feature seating and planter boxes in the central courtyard, creating inviting spaces for social interaction and relaxation. The wellness centre was reconfigured with bespoke joinery, enhanced lighting, and feature Audislat acoustic wall panels, improving both functionality and acoustic comfort. Additional upgrades across the external courtyards included Corten steel planter rings, concrete seating, recreational features such as POPP ping pong tables, and sports line markings. These enhancements transformed the courtyards into dynamic, engaging environments that promote wellbeing, activity, and connection across the school.
