This project delivered internal fitouts and building services upgrades including new wall linings, joinery, kitchen equipment, and fixtures, alongside upgraded lighting and plumbing. By modernising these spaces, the project improved operational efficiency, enabling staff to carry out daily tasks more effectively. Enhanced environmental comfort, improved layouts, and upgraded facilities also support resident wellbeing, creating safer, more functional, and welcoming living environments.
