St Mary's Primary School

This project involved the internal renovation, refurbishment, and minor extension of an existing educational facility, with a primary focus on upgrading three classrooms, their associated breakout spaces, and adjoining amenities. The works aimed to create modern, functional, and engaging learning environments that meet contemporary educational standards and provide greater flexibility for teaching and student activities.

In addition to the internal improvements, the project included a full roof replacement to address existing wear and extend the building’s lifespan. Associated external works were also carried out to improve accessibility, safety, and overall presentation of the facility.

To minimise disruption to school operations, the works were carefully staged and sequenced, allowing sections of the building to remain operational while construction progressed in other areas. This approach ensured that teaching and learning activities could continue with minimal interference, while delivering a high-quality outcome that supports the long-term needs of the school community.
