St Catherines Aged Care

The refurbishment of the operational St Catherine’s Aged Care Facility encompassed significant upgrades aimed at enhancing the quality of care and resident experience. A major component of the project was the installation of a new lift, improving accessibility and mobility across the facility’s multiple levels.

The southern wing underwent a complete renovation to create 18 new Memory Support bedrooms, designed with a focus on safety, comfort, and therapeutic environments tailored to residents with memory care needs. In addition to these upgrades, communal areas throughout the facility were modernised to foster social interaction and a sense of community. The refurbishment extended to the existing three-storey section, where corridors were upgraded to improve circulation and aesthetics.

A new dining area was introduced to provide a welcoming space for residents to enjoy meals, alongside the addition of valuable amenities such as a salon and a dedicated staff office, supporting both resident wellbeing and staff operations.
