Presentation College - Nagle Building

This project involved a combination of internal refurbishment and new construction works aimed at enhancing functionality, accessibility, and the overall learning environment. Internally, several classrooms were upgraded with modern finishes and infrastructure to create bright, flexible, and acoustically comfortable spaces. Key features of the refurbishment included the installation of operable walls, Autex Quietspace acoustic ceiling tiles, and Autex Frontier acoustic ceiling fins, allowing the spaces to adapt to a variety of learning activities while improving sound quality.

Externally, the project included the extension of the existing covered verandah, providing additional sheltered space for outdoor activities. New external stairs were installed to connect the first floor with ground level, complemented by steel balustrading and external seating to enhance safety, accessibility, and usability. The addition of a new concrete first-floor veranda further improved circulation and outdoor amenity, delivering a cohesive, modern upgrade that meets current building codes and accessibility standards.
