GRIFFITHS STREET

This project involved the construction of eight modern residential dwellings, including comprehensive site works, at 13–17 Griffiths Street, Bellfield. The development focused on delivering high-quality, functional living spaces while ensuring seamless integration with the surrounding streetscape.

Works included site preparation, excavation, and utility connections, followed by the construction of architecturally designed dwellings featuring durable materials, energy-efficient systems, and contemporary finishes. Associated landscaping, driveways, and external works were completed to enhance the amenity and accessibility of the development.
