brunswick & flemington foyer upgrades

Gemcan delivered upgrade works to the foyers of two Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) high-rise buildings, enhancing both functionality and presentation for residents and visitors.

The project scope included the installation of new tile flooring, fresh painting throughout, and a full program of commercial cleaning to revitalise the spaces. To improve accessibility and ease of entry, new automatic sliding doors were installed, supported by associated adjustments to finishes and fittings.

These works were carefully managed to minimise disruption to building occupants while ensuring a high-quality, durable outcome. The refurbished foyers now provide a cleaner, brighter, and more welcoming environment, reflecting a significant improvement in both amenity and appearance.
